• Hi, yes, Dr. Phan is amazing. Really enjoy working with her. She's been a provider for me, my primary care physician for a long time, and I always feel like she is attentive to my needs. You know, she gives, always checks in, she remembers details about me, and I'm like, how do you remember that? You know, when you have so many patients, and always ensures that I have the right follow-ups that I need in order to take care of my health. And so even though I may not always listen and take the advice the right way because I'm always, you know, overwhelmed, but with my own personal life, but she always puts the effort in to give me the ability and the opportunity to have a healthy life and a healthy body and mind. • Having had numerous PCPs in recent years at a variety of places from NE Baptist to private clinics etc..., often referred by well known physicians I know and trust, Dr. Phan is rapidly becoming my favorite PCP. I am impressed at her diligence in knowing my personal history, up to date medical care practices and her recommendations that all seems to work out well for me. She was assigned to me at random by MGH after a month of calling and looking for a PCP. I am so very grateful. I am also new at Medicare and MGH-Brigham Advantage and so far, I am liking it. The web portal though, leaves a lot to be desired, but they are all bad, Epic/HIPAA etc... don't lend themselves to good user experience.
