• Dr. P is awesome. He has a wonderful bedside manner and a strong knowledge of my patient history. He also has a great overall knowledge of the voice beyond just what the scan shows us. He seems to really look at each patient as a whole human being, factoring in things like stress, eating, mental health, etc. And I would recommend him to anyone.

• This provider saw me even though I was close to a half hour late due to traffic and having to arrange the shuttle from the parking garage. I was treated with the upmost respect and listened to in detail. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously by this provider and I felt that this provider was extremely knowledgeable on the subject. I felt comfortable that this provider and office will do what is needed to provide me with optimal care.

• Dr. Plocienniczak is extremely patient and knowable. He spent a great deal of time making sure my husband and I understood the laser procedure and actually showed us videos of the operation plus before and after pictures. When he was finished we were both extremely impressed and ready to begin the laser procedure as soon as we could. I feel lucky to have found him and so happy to be doing the Vocal Cord surgery as early as [redacted]. He was very clear about the commitment we must make. Since we live in Vermont, we need to make the trip often to Massachusetts and are ready to do whatever it takes to have a successful outcome. Our experience could not have been more positive. • I could not have imagined a better experience than the one I had at the Voice Center and in particular with Dr. P. He is wonderful. His bedside manner is really second to none and he is so prompt in alleviating rather my anxieties about the procedure way back last year and all the follow-ups. I mean, I could not imagine a better, more, not just experienced and technically gifted physician and surgeon, but also as a human being. And when you put the two of those together, you really have something. So double his salary. Don't lose him.

• Honestly I'm always impressed with care at your hospitals but the voice center and, in particular, Dr. P, were phenomenal. Dr. P was probably one of the best doctors I've seen, ever. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and kind. He made me feel in control of what happened during the visit without making me feel like I had to be the expert (which can happen!). He was knowledgeable about preexisting health issues I deal with and was so good about making sure I was confortable for the scope. He was incredibly kind about my disability accommodations and was so flexible to make sure every visit can be as safe as possible for me. 10/10, wish Dr. P was a PCP because I'd kill for a doctor like him to help coordinate all of my medical care. I've already recommended him to many other people. Also, I trust him. If he says I need a scan or procedure, I will trust that. Being able to trust a provider is huge. All this to say, give the guy a raise and make sure he never leaves.

• Dr. Michal P was well informed about my voice issue. He explained to problem and advised me on what remedies were available. He did the Restalyne injections at that time. My voice recovered almost immediately. Happy so far with the results.

He went over in detail what we were seeing on the scope, laid out possible future interventions, and even contacted my speech language pathologist the same day yo update her. I also received a video file of the scope in a timely manner. I felt like he gave me all the time I needed so I never felt rushed. I'm grateful!
