• Drs Patel and [redacted] were very clear and direct about the study I could possibly enroll in for aortic valve replacement. I messaged a question to Dr. Patel the following day and got a very prompt response.

• One miss was that Dr. Patel's office called me ahead of my appointment to specifically ask me to remind folks at checkin to do a blood test before the appointment. Reception insisted that this is not protocol. This was cause for unnecessary friction and irritation that should get cleared up with better communication between the doctor office & the front desk.
