• Dr. Pryor really has such an excellent rapport, an excellent bedside manner. She's really able to create friendly, relaxed communication, and she does so in such an easy way. And at the same time, she's able to provide information about medical treatment, prescriptions, and procedures in a factual yet friendly way. She's really quite a gem.

• She was kind of rough and I left feeling sore which never usually happens. She also didn't know how long I was on a medication even though it was this office that prescribed it. I was initiating a medication change which I was very anxious about and would have liked more reassurance and information to make me feel more confident. All that said, I think she ended up prescribing a great option and was thorough and considerate in her exam and decision making. Ex. letting me know that if the medication is very expensive with my insurance how I should handle that.

• The nurse was very friendly and Dr. Pryor was willing to explain her thoughts on different options that I had and made sure that I was able to provide very informed consent to my care. So I would rate this highly.

• Dr. Pryor is very professional, but that might also be why the appointments sometimes feel a bit rushed for me. The way she responded to my concerns and answered my follow-up questions after the minor procedure made me feel a little dismissed. For her, it may be a routine procedure, but for me, it was my first time experiencing these symptoms and undergoing the process, so I had a lot of questions and concerns. She was treating [redacted], a young woman with special needs who couldn't talk, and she offered a different form of communication with my daughter in terms of using her phone and using writing, and she asked pertinent questions and addressed the fears that I had about being able to do future testing with my daughter. Her indifference and discourteous demeanor were apparent throughout the appointment, making me feel uncomfortable and unheard. • Hi, the provider was definitely knowledgeable and professional, but she was also not able to give me the attention that I think someone that was seeing somebody for the first time should have gotten. So it was a little bit indifferent. It was just like check, check, check, check off what you wanted to, and I said it, but it wasn't very welcoming. So I think that wasn't a good service. Okay.

• By the far the best OB I've had or worked with. She was efficient, honest, courteous, and listened to what I said. The provider asked me what my goal was and presented all the treatment options based on my goals. The provider didn't argue against my choice and thoughtfully weighed in on the potential risks for each option. The provider also went above and beyond and was able to assist me in catching up on missed preventative measures.

• Although Ruth Pryor listened to my concerns I felt she didn't take things seriously. Insisted that my issues would only be resolved with yoga, stretching weight resistance and aerobic exercise. I have done all these through physical therapy, stretching and walking but my symptoms don't improve. I have addressed these concerns with my primary as well with the same response. The symptoms didn't start until menopause. She was also unaware of my history of DVT when we discussed estrogen. Never asked about my family history which includes Ovarian cancer.
