• I fell, I called the nurse sent me to the emergency room. She called ahead so I was able to get seen quickly. The doctor office called me the next day and set up an appointment quickly. I came in was seen right away. Dr Pollack assessed me and got the referral (MRI) again quickly. What can you say the office worked like a well oiled clock!

• I have enormous respect for Dr. Pollack. He is always thoughtful and careful and makes himself available promptly if the situation requires. He was also very good to take on my wife as a patient when her previous Brigham physician left the practice and the hospital at large was not the slightest bit helpful in finding a replacement.
