• Dr.Roy was polite and kind. She was patient considering I am not a technical person and not able to use my phone as well as others. I had no idea of my condition and she delivered the information in a kind manner, which I appreciated.

• As [redacted]'s daughter and healthcare proxy, Dr. Roy was excellent with our mom who suffers from dementia. She was able to evaluate our mother in a way that she understood and could comprehend and Dr. Roy could also gather information from. So she did a fabulous job dealing with our mom and then also she was able to manage my mother's, some of my mother's frustrations very appropriately as well. So I felt like Dr. Roy did an amazing job dealing with a somewhat difficult patient.

Because of my low technical skills, I was unable to log in to the link even after BWH tech support gave me an easier link, My provider called me with the video link so that worked well. My doctor was also able to get a video link with my son. My son is a very capable IT guy & even he had difficulty joining.

Dr. Roy listens and then she speaks with gentle authority. She is notably articulate and profoundly knowledgeable. • Highly recommended. We had an expert neurologist, but she referred us to BW for a specific stroke neurologist. Dr. Roy was very thorough and promising. She explained in depth how the case is complicated. She also referred us to a neuro-opthamologist who was excellent and told us my husband can correct his double vision with prysm glasses! Both doctors were WONDERFUL!
