• Dr. Ravid is a new provider after losing my provider and being homeless for a while. He moved the date I would be assigned to that day which made me feel more taken care of. He listened, looked at my history as we spoke and explained things so I could understand and appreciate next steps. Definitely felt his thoughtfulness and caring. (Previously it felt more transactional and clinical if that makes sense).

• when coming for a medical visit iy is important that the patient feels that they are bienug treated with concern sometimes they feel like providers are rushed little personal touches make a big difference introducing themselves with their name and making eye contact make a big difference to patients simple courtesies go a long way
