He listened to all my problems and he went over everything with me and explained everything in detail about why I should take certain medications and why I shouldn't and what I should do. And so I was very happy with this visit. This is only the second time I've seen him. That's it.

• Jonathan Rose is an exceptional provider. He takes the time to make sure he understands what you are saying and clarifies if he's not sure he understands what's being said. He never makes you feel he's in a rush. He has offered great alternatives to treating my condition and doesn't stay with same treatment plan if it's not working, as some in the past have done. Is open to suggestions for new therapies and explains how to go about clearing the way to get the new medications approved. I'm glad that Jonathan Rose was the new pulmonologist that came to NCH when the previous pulmonologist retired.

He is kind and genuinely cares. He does not rush you and he isn't rushing himself to get out of the room. He is great.
