Katherine Scovner Ravi is an associate physician in the Renal Division at Brigham and Women’s Hospital where she is committed to delivering patient-centered clinical care. She is also an instructor of medicine at Harvard Medical School where she shares her knowledge of renal physiology and clinical medicine with aspiring physicians and researchers. Her research seeks to unravel the complex cardiovascular risks faced by patients with chronic kidney disease. A significant focus of her work is on strategic prevention of arrhythmia through electrolyte and acid-base optimization. Dr. Ravi is passionately committed to improving the well-being of those living with kidney disease.
