• She asked me everything about what was going on and wrote it down and then took a look in my ears and began immediately taking wax out. She didn't tell me what to expect from it or really what she was doing when she was doing it. Once she was done she went to go get drops for the ears. There was very little counseling on how to use the drops or any information on why I've been having the issues I've been having. She tried to leave, didn't ask if I had questions. I stopped her and asked for more clarification on certain parts and questions that my primary care was concerned about. She answered them quickly while trying to still leave the room. I felt like I was trying to be rushed out of the room and that she did not have the time to speak to me. I felt the bedside manner was lacking.
