• She was very thorough, going over some extra time, I guess. I had a lot of questions and she made sure, you know, I had all my answers I was asking for and she was very good. She did a good job I guess. You know, with the information she had and she was fine. The whole staff, even the people checking in, everybody was very polite. I mean, it was a good experience, probably not because I wouldn't be there if I was in good health. But anyway, they're all good and fine. Thank you.

• Hi, yes, my experience with Dr. Rapolu was somewhat... I was there for my annual physical. Everything that's supposed to be completed for annual physical wasn't done as far as I know. I didn't get my ears checked, my nose, my throat. She did do breathing, she did do a pap smear. [redacted]. I just felt like it wasn't a thorough exam after I had left. So I just was somewhat satisfied.
