• Should not have preconceived ideas before speaking with the patient. If a patient is trying to provide corrected information, the provider should stop and listen. Not continue on with their idea. Involve the patient before going down rabbit holes that aren't even there.

• I had my husband/partner with me but Dr Revin did not want any input from him. He was there as a advocate for me. My journey to find out all the things that are medically wrong with me has lasted for years and I get overwhelmed and sometimes I get frustrated having to go into it all. I just didn't feel comfortable. Maybe it is just me.

He listens and even though I haven't seen him in a couple of years he remembered my concerns gave me sound advice of topical medicines I should try for neuropathy and referred me to pt for some back issues and gait issues I have. All to have him not listen to anything I said and basically have me start over with all new imaging and physical therapy when I can't even walk due to a severely crushed spinal cord.
