• Dr Ahmad Siddiqui, is a wonderful kind understanding doctor. Great bedside manner. Never in a rush to see the next patient. Always answers my questions and responds in a way that does not make me feel that my questions are stupid. Dr Siddiqui is very personal, takes a personal interest in my care.

• Dr. Siddiqui ordered a thorough series of blood tests. The phlebotomist at MGB's Belchertown facility remarked that he was extremely thorough. His blood tests revealed an unexpected and serious disorder. I was able to schedule a very timely followup appointment with him to review and interpret the results.

• The employees at check in and check out were incredible. While I was waiting, an upset patient came in. All the patient wanted was to know who messed up her scheduling so she could get them in trouble. The staff at the desk remained so calm, cool, and collected. She was firm, and said something along the lines of 'I hear you are upset, but I think what you are asking for isn't going to get you the result you want'. I was so impressed, and I think that staff should lead deescalation training for others! Dr. Siddiqui was awesome. I knew he knew me and my issues. He remembered being called about me when I was in the ER. He explained best practices and really talked me through what to be on the lookout for, when to call him, when to go to the ER, etc. Throughout all of my recent medical concerns, I have felt worried that I might be being too dramatic or too worried. This appointment squashed all of that. I felt welcomed to call if I was worried, encouraged to seek care. While, for my health, it would be incredible to not see Dr. Siddiqui again, I am grateful that in seeing him I will feel heard, cared for, and safe!

• This was my first experience with this clinic. The initial blood labs and follow-up tests were arranged by PA [redacted]. Doctor Siddiqui provided the complicated results clearly and answered all my questions. He even followed up by phone with additional information related to surgery by another provider. • He takes a personalized approach and knows your chart and relevant current issues. Most drs know barely anything about me including specialists far more involved in my care but Dr Siddiqui goes out of his way to make sure everything is covered, even calling me back to suggest a follow up for a year out about whether it'll be safe to take lower dose of thinners. He's reassuring and answers all Questions without making you feel silly even if the questions are similar to each other and have the same answers. He connects things for you in an easy manner. I always end up repeatedly thanking him. He is in medicine for all the right reasons which seems less and less common. He focuses on patient care rather than disease care, which means he treats the disease but sees the whole person and comorbidities and life circumstances etc. most drs are single-mindedly focused on treating the disease they loose the forest for a singular tree. He sees the tree and the relevant ones next to it and the forest.

• Yes, I at first was very doubting on what it is all about bloodletting. But when I met these women, two women, were very, very comfortable. I never was so much comfortable. When I asked questions about something, she responded, both of them. And everything they did, I was kind of afraid of the needle and it was nothing to... it was just good. The whole thing was good.
