• I always feel well informed after I have a discussion with Dr. Serrano Pozo. He explains things in a way that is easily understood and he focuses on the things that are most important and relevant to the overall situation. He shares information that is helpful for the patient and the caregiver as well. He also explains what to expect in the future and that helps to ease any concerns about what is to come and helps prevent anxiety about the unknown. He also shares tips that he's learned from other patients that he thinks are useful. I feel that he is treating the whole family and doing a very good job of it.
