I mean, she wasn't really on time, but she did take her time. And when you're not on time, that's, I mean, it's understandable because I know doctors are very busy. So our appointment ran a little late and so she has like an action plan in place. She went over my medications with me. I felt like she really heard me as her patient. So that's really good. And then so she took the action plan. She went over my meds and then she told me all about like the procedures and what the procedures are. [redacted]

She was more familiar with my situation than I thought she'd be (this appointment was my first visit to MGH) and provided helpful advice about what I should and shouldn't be doing given my condition. She also developed what seems like a workable plan going forward. She is clearly very invested in her patients and took all the time necessary to answer my questions, even though everyone else in the office seemed to have gone home by the time we finished.
