• Dr. Shi was very kind and I liked her manner in that she didn't belittle or infantilize anything. She just talked to me in a regular voice. The only thing that I would say could be improved is that I was just coming for an annual checkup and I did feel like she was super quick and didn't really sort of honor what I felt was the importance of getting an annual checkup. I sort of felt like, oh, this is not an important thing that we're doing.

• As anticipated, Dr. Shi is an excellent dermatologist. My exam was quick (15 minutes- insurance related) and she was able to scan my body for any abnormalities. Fortunately, there were none. Dr. Shi responded to my dermatitis questions and prescribed some ointments. All in all, it was a very good experience.

And she gave me a clear plan and what I needed to do in terms of testing and what the plan will be based on the lab work and things I got prior. I really appreciated her very much. • This practice is superb. They are extremely responsive and get you in for an an emergency appointment right away. All 3 providers I have seen there are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and have excellent bedside manners. It is one of the best practices at BWH.
