• Dr. Santos was very professional, he listened, explained everything as well as answer my questions. He prescribed medication gave me a follow up date and a plan of action. I'm grateful to be a patient of Dr. Santos, a doctor who actually took the time to listen, explain and have a plan of action to treat me.

• I saw the provider and he suggested a few things we could do, but there was no real solution and it was being looked at very clinically without giving any relief or management of my actual issues and problems. So while there's some imaging and next steps, there is no relief. So whether I do those things or not, I still have to deal with my problems and I have to figure this out on my own. So not much of a specialist was it that could have helped me with this. So not really beneficial in the end. That's how I feel.

• Dr. Santos allowed me to explain my long story about my ears. Unfortunately, it included being dismissed by my previous ear doctor. Dr. Santos took the time to hear me out and then explained what was going on with my ears. The appointment was short, but he provided everything he needed to. I had no further questions and left with a calm mindset . This appointment was perfect and I will reach out to Dr. Santos if my hearing gets "cloudy " again.

To quote He said we used to require a doctor to certify that hearing aids should be provided but we don't do that anymore but I will sign the paperwork. I think I should have been told that when the appointment was made. The letter could have been provided by mail email or fax.

• I thought that this provider did a very good job of explaining my situation with respect to my hearing and under what conditions I might need a hearing aid. I could make the choice myself, but what would be the outcome of each one and that also that they will provide a fitting and specifications for the hearing aid that might work best for me, which I was very pleased about. So I thought it was a good session and the doctor was very good. The end.
