• Dr. Santos is great. He's very informative, always sees me on time, always tells me clear instructions on what to do going forward, and prescribes me helpful medications to take care of my ear infections and my ongoing issues. Great doctor, highly recommend. Thank you.

• The doctor was fine. However I was told the appointment was unnecessary. To quote He said we used to require a doctor to certify that hearing aids should be provided but we don't do that anymore but I will sign the paperwork. I think I should have been told that when the appointment was made. The letter could have been provided by mail email or fax.

• I thought that this provider did a very good job of explaining my situation with respect to my hearing and under what conditions I might need a hearing aid. I could make the choice myself, but what would be the outcome of each one and that also that they will provide a fitting and specifications for the hearing aid that might work best for me, which I was very pleased about. So I thought it was a good session and the doctor was very good. The end.

He showed me my X-rays and pointed to things, but I had no idea what I was looking at. Then he told me there was nothing that could be done. He was very nice, and very kind. This was just such a big thing in my life and yet, it felt like I didn't really have answers and couldn't provide a great explanation to my family and friends when I got home.
