• Dr. Santos allowed me to explain my long story about my ears. Unfortunately, it included being dismissed by my previous ear doctor. Dr. Santos took the time to hear me out and then explained what was going on with my ears. The appointment was short, but he provided everything he needed to. I had no further questions and left with a calm mindset . This appointment was perfect and I will reach out to Dr. Santos if my hearing gets "cloudy " again.

To quote He said we used to require a doctor to certify that hearing aids should be provided but we don't do that anymore but I will sign the paperwork. I think I should have been told that when the appointment was made. The letter could have been provided by mail email or fax.

• I thought that this provider did a very good job of explaining my situation with respect to my hearing and under what conditions I might need a hearing aid. I could make the choice myself, but what would be the outcome of each one and that also that they will provide a fitting and specifications for the hearing aid that might work best for me, which I was very pleased about. So I thought it was a good session and the doctor was very good. The end.

This was just such a big thing in my life and yet, it felt like I didn't really have answers and couldn't provide a great explanation to my family and friends when I got home.
