• Dr Scangas listened to me explain my problem and he went on to explain to me the different things that could be causing the problem. He checked inside my nostrils and explained what he was looking for and what he found, then went on to discuss what we should do to in an attempt to correct my problem. We also discussed what the next steps would be should the first step is ineffective. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit with him.

• I had not met Dr. Scangas before my appointment with him this past Monday. He was personable and professional. He had studied the CT scan and xrays that were done in January and was able to clarify the results for my benefit. It was, however, his precision and skill, when examining both nasal cavities, that is simply without equal. This was the first pain-free nasal procedure in decades - having had a fractured nose at age 10. I was and am relieved to know that even a "swab" can be painless, if one is in the right hands. Perhaps Dr. Scangas can provide on-line tutorials for others in the medical field.
