• In my experience going to Mass General Hospital, the service has been excellent. All the doctors and nurses have been very kind, as have the staff on the phone and in the lab. I would 100% recommend the hospital's services. Everyone is very friendly, the service is excellent, and they make me feel comfortable. I understand very well what the interpreters explain to me, and they send the prescription to the pharmacy right away. I am very satisfied; excellent work. • Dr. Jan Shifren is the best! She is a top notch doctor. She knows all about her patients ahead of their first appointment and asks related health questions. She listens!!!! She helped me with several mid life issues, that are no longer issues. She directed me to another fabulous Dr. because she picked up on a potential problem. That changed my life. If I could see only her for everything I would.

I have been seeing her for a number of years now and she is always well prepared, knows my history, remembers personal details about me and in this particular instance I was quite nervous about the procedure and she could not have been more clear and helpful. She walked me through the entire thing before she even started. She showed me the instruments that she'd be using and she let me know on multiple occasions that I was in control, that if I needed to stop we could do that. • I had a wonderful experience at my appointment. I had seen another provider in Rhode Island and my care at Mass General far surpassed my care from before. I was astounded how well I was taken care of and the differences between the standard of care between the two hospitals. I wish I had chosen Mass General long before now.
