• Dr. Jeffrey Schweitzer saw me at Mass General where I was accompanied by wife for this first visit. Dr. Schweitzer was prompt, succinct, and very well informed about my medical history. It was quite apparent that he had reviewed my medical history for atypical trigeminal neuralgia. We reviewed and discussed my prior medical issues while analyzing the frequent MRIs I had received. Most importantly, he demonstrated compassion for the years in which I had seen numerous neurologists and various medical professionals where no definitive conclusion had been drawn regarding my medical diagnosis. My wife and I appreciated his honesty and forthcoming with his analysis and his approach to finding a resolution or, at a minimum, a constructive path forward. Dr. Schweitzer, as I mentioned to him, was one of the only doctors who actively listened, was able to formulate a decision tree based on my symptoms and medical history, and draw conclusions coupled with a path forward. Above all, I have great respect for his candor and positive approach to solving problems and his leadership. Dr. Schweitzer was unique in that he treated my wife and me as individual patients with a knowledgeable and empathetic approach to a results-oriented conclusion. I am looking forward to our next consultation and am confident that I am in the hands of, not just the best team of doctors, but a team that serves the best interests of its patients.

• Yes, I'm very happy with my provider and this may just be a, I don't know, a problem with the communication at the front desk, but I was there three minutes after my appointment and I was waiting in the waiting area until 15 minutes after the appointment, which the doctor commented on that I was 15 minutes late, but I wasn't really. I was three minutes late.
