• Dr. Setlur is always patient and attentive with my daughter, [redacted], who has Down Syndrome. She is our favorite "ear doctor".

• So my doctor was seen by Jennifer and she was amazing. I highly recommend her. She took the time to really sit there and answer all of my questions as a mom. I felt very safe. I felt like she understood a lot and she directed me in the proper direction on the next steps to follow up with my son. And I highly recommend her. She was extremely gentle with him as well when doing the testing for his atenoids. She was really kind. She explained the whole thing to him. And she really answered all of our questions. And we left feeling pretty much an understanding of everything and with no wandering questions of where do we go from here. So she helped us and directed us in the steps that we need to go. And I couldn't be any happier with the visit and I highly recommend her. She was really great.

• Dr. Setlur was amazing she even within two minutes of meeting our baby caught that she also had a lip tie along with the tongue tie that we were originally there for. No one else had caught it and we were in postpartum for 5 days and have been to her pediatrician a few times now. Very diligent, informative, and nice. Thank you!

• Dr. Setlur seemed really nice, [redacted]. She walked in over 15 minutes late and asked why we were here, which felt a little jarring. And then just due to the circumstances, I think primarily between my son's father and I, she kind of listened to what I had to say, which is great. And then she probably looked at my son for a grand total of like a minute. Like she peered in his throat and basically just talked to us and said, okay, do a sleep study. [redacted]

• Every person I interacted with during my son's visit went above and beyond in terms of their kindness and care. The hearing test administrator, the folks at the check in/ check out desk, and Dr. Setlur were all incredible and so sweet and patient with my son. Thank you!

• Doctor Setlur remembers so much about my daughter, even personal things, and it makes the whole visit feel so comforting. Spending time with a doctor seems like an increasingly rare thing and Dr. Setlur is the exception. She is kind, thorough, so energetic, and just radiates that she loves what she does. The receptionist, upon me checking out, also matched stickers and prizes to my daughter's outfit - he was just the nicest! Love this office :)

• I am a first-time mother and was referred to this doctor as a tongue-tie specialist. Although she performed the procedure, she did not provide a clear diagnosis confirming whether my baby actually had a tongue-tie. She also questioned my decision not to see a private lactation consultant and dismissed the guidance I received from the hospital's lactation consultants. She did not listen carefully, showed a lack of empathy, and appeared focused on rushing through the appointment rather than addressing my concerns.

• De. Setlur is normally pleasant to us during visits but this one felt very different. I felt like she was being condescending and short with me, almost like she was angry with me. I was asking questions as a concerned parent with a true desire to understand if there were any next steps I should be taking for my child and she was speaking to me in a tone that made me feel like I was crazy for even being concerned. It really made me sad because it was not the experience we've had in the past [redacted].
