• The blood testing facility at MGB West needs to be completely redesigned. There's no way to book a spot, and having to wait an hour and a half for a five minute blood draw is ludicrous. MGB is supposedly a leading health system and it cannot work this out?

She is very much on top of everything. Being an PCP is challenging and patients can be difficult. I feel lucky to have such a great PCP!
