• This provider has always been overly professional and always cared and listened and was very thorough in explaining things to me. I would recommend her, not only her, all of my care providers at Mass General have been above and beyond and I already have referred them to all, all friends and one of my cousins is having treatment through the same four providers that I have for my breast cancer and I am also going to start seeing cardiology at Mass General. So I am 100% happy with Mass General as always in all the time that I've ever been there. And a whole bunch of my family members are there too and they are very happy there. And that's all I have to say.

• I think the overall experience has been good. I would say that Dr. Spring is very knowledgeable. I would say that she's polite. But I felt as though she had one foot out the door for part of that visit and discussing a subject matter. I felt a little bit dismissed. Not completely, and I don't want to leave that impression. I think that for the most part, I'm comfortable and I know that she's certainly a very smart person. I think that she could spend a little more time looking as though she's listening and actually listening than my past few visits have been. But otherwise, I'm satisfied and I wouldn't change Mass General for anything. So thank you.
