• Dr. Schratz was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to explain everything, guided me through the test as it was happening, was an active listener and took extra time answering questions and concerns even after the visit to go over test results. She made sure I felt comfortable and went out of her way to ease my anxiety regarding the health and safety of my unborn baby. Dr. Schratz's bedside manner is incredible. She is overwhelmingly kind and approachable. She made me feel like a human rather than a patient and I will be forever grateful for the compassion and kindness she has shown me. While thankfully, she was able to give me an all clear, I would without hesitation recommend her as a provider and would feel confident in her caring for my child if a need ever arose in the future. I cannot say enough about how impressive she was from start to finish. Thank you, Dr. Schratz!

• All staff were very accommodating and comforting to my son when he was very upset about the EKG process. A staff member who was not even caring for my son directly went out of her way to give him a "chicken" that she made out of a vinyl glove to help comfort him. Dr. Schratz was personable, kind, and listened to our questions and concerns. She was great with my son as well.
