I was very nervous about this procedure. I canceled it three times and then finally made it into the office to have it done. Both Dr. Suarez and his nurse, [redacted], were extremely kind and patient with me. They went over everything in detail, eased my nerves, made me feel very calm and convinced me, or rather not convinced, but I felt very safe in their care and I was very happy that I went through finally having my veins done.

I meant to give the doctor's office and the doctor the highest marks possible. I made a mistake on the ones, but I rated them one or low. Please make sure to correct those. Thank you.

Dr. Suarez was patient. He spent close to an hour and 45 minutes trying to get into a very small artery to diagnose giant cell arteries. He never, never wavered and I was never uncomfortable. I deeply appreciate it.

I thought he was competent and kind. I might have liked more information at the preliminary visit about how to manage varicose veins, in terms of exercises to do, things to avoid, etc.
