I'd read reviews about him and knew they were really good, but then when I met him, I was just blown away because he's very, it was my first time meeting him, but he had read thoroughly all of the notes about my hospitalization. He explained things very well. He was really personable, very kind, and he covered any questions that I had. He was just great. And then he followed up with an email that blew me away that summarized what we had discussed. And it was like 14 paragraphs long. I've never received emails like that before from a provider. And it was very thorough. So he's fantastic. Thanks.

His follow up letters are by far that most comprehensive that I have ever received. He is an excellent listener, and easy to talk to. The transition that I dreaded has been stress free. • Very soft spoken, sometimes a little hard to understand. I love that though, I actually really respect a calm and easy to talk to doctor. I know it's not his fault, but the visits are so short and I feel we aren't able to cover a lot of what may need to be discussed. Especially for a first visit. Especially in my case, It takes me a little while to get into a comfortable place as an autistic adult before I can think clearly and open up more. An hour session for a first appointment seems more appropriate. He did try to cover as much as he could though, even going 15 minutes over.

• My experience with Dr. Sainz Rueda was excellent. First of all, the receptionist was just very cooperative in trying to make the visit work smoothly. I shown up there a bit early. The nurse was outstanding, really, in terms of checking blood pressure, coming back and checking it. And Dr. Rueda was just wonderful. I mean, he knew my record, knew the issues, listened to me, put me through, you know, the appropriate tests. So yeah, I thought it was an excellent experience, as I've had for many years at Internal Medicine at MGH. Okay, thank you.

• I am dazzled by IMA 605's efficiency, thoughtfulness and care. I sent a patient gateway message indicating I had had pain in my left hip (which had been replaced in 2019) for over 3 weeks, asking what I should do next. Though it wasn't an emergency, I got a response from an IMA 605 nurse within an hour telling me to make an appointment that day. When I called the lovely admin who answered offered me several appointments that very day. Amazing and appreciated. When I arrived early, they moved my appointment up so I saw Dr. NESTOR A SAINZ RUEDA early. He was fantastic! He asked thoughtful questions about my pain, the history etc then gave me a thorough examination after which he explained his Dx and answered my questions...told me what meds to use, authorized PT, and advised that I get an XRay to be sure the replacement hardware wasn't involved in the pain. And if all that wasn't enough....he followed up by sending me a letter detailing what he had found, assured me that the XRay showed no signs of concern, and repeating the instructions for care so I had them in front of me and didn't have to rely on memory. Bravo!! I have been following his instructions over the past 72 hrs and am pleased the pain in lessening. I am extremely grateful for his care and will tell him how terrific the IMA 605 office staff is.

He seemed very professional and bright, testing my hand grip strength, shoulder and back strength all areas that pertained to my cervical strain. He was treating me holistically from what I could tell. He knew about my health history and prescribed medications based on my current physical state. He offered me Physical Therapy which was so necessary due to my compromised neck injury. He was a serious doctor with seemingly good expertise. I felt as though I had a thorough evaluation and I appreciated the urgent appointment given.
