• Because the surgeon who did the surgery dies not do virtual appointments, and because making a trip to Boston for a follow-up appointment, this provider did the follow-up by Zoom instead. I had xrays and photos of the incision sites sent in advance. He had looked at them before our appointment and was completely knowledgeable about me. I greatly appreciated this work-around.

• Dr. Suneja operated on me when other surgeon's said my situation was inoperable. As he explained to me afterward, without surgery I would have been unable to walk and would likely have been in intractable pain. As far as I am concerned, he saved my life, and I will be eternally grateful!
