• Doctor Sakhuja explained the issue with the PFO detected in my heart. He said that a procedure to repair it was not recommended considering I am undergoing treatment for prostate cancer. I was encouraged by his confidence that my heart was strong and a stroke extremely unlikely. he also gave me permission to return the heart monitor a week earlier than expected which opened up my ability to get back to swimming laps for exercise.
