• Dr. Shah has been my primary care doctor since she joined MGH Concierge in 2022. I am fortunate to receive her attentive and excellent medical care since then as her patient. She is caring, dedicated and compassionate. We respect each other and have good communications. Dr. Shah always makes herself available in answering my questions and addressing my concerns if any. I am interested in preventative care, as well as in the effect of lifestyle (diet and exercise) on health. She is on the same page, and is always attentive and encouraging to me about this aspect of care. Dr. Shah is a good listener. She is skilled in her diagnosis and discusses options of treatment plans thoroughly, if needed. She knows how to incorporate my thoughts, my research on the medical topic and my inputs if a treatment plan needs to be put in place. [redacted] Dr. Shah has been in touch with me frequently since my husband's passing to make sure I am doing OK. I am surrounded by my 'village' who provides so much caring and support for me. I would have liked to discuss a little more with her what could be causing the pain issue. Otherwise, Dr. Shah is a great and I can talk with her about my medical issues.
