This new neurosurgeon just said " it looks the same as your last one done " then focused his attention at talking to my husband about what kind of work my husband and did . NEVER did he addressed my test results from the lab work that was done . He also asked me " why I was wearing a mask " my response was " hospitals aren't full of healthy people and I don't want to get sick . I'm sure he is a very intelligent doctor however the appointment was to address my pituitary gland tumor . Not about my husband or what he does for work

[redacted], Dr. Smith's coordinator listened, Got my images and showed them to Dr Smith all while I was on hold. I had a virtual appointment with him within 20 minutes and am scheduled for surgery next week. So unbelievably grateful to them both!!
