• My experience was excellent and to be very honest with you, I have never had a mediocre, let alone a poor experience, never a mediocre experience with any nurse or physician at Mass General Peterborough Brigham Hospital in either one. I could not think of a better hospital for anyone in this country or for any other country for that matter to utilize. I think it's one of the best, if not the best in the country, in the world for that matter. We have excellent experience.

And she was excellent to work with two years ago when they took out a small tumor and she has been excellent on follow-up appointments, keeping me on track. She's very knowledgeable. She's always willing to talk about what's going on in detail, options, likelihood of things. She's fantastic to work with. I would recommend her hands down to anyone that I knew.

• I was quite satisfied with my first face to face meeting. She gave me all the time needed to explain what is going on, answered all my questions. My only comment was with the original telephone visit, the impression was that things should move along quickly due to the nature of the nodule. Only to be scheduled for a PET a month later and an appointment another week later. If one is facing cancer for the first time, one does not consider the quick.
