• Yes, so I've been seeing Dr. Tess for over 25 years, I think, and he's always been very, very helpful, kind, and professional, and just very, very knowledgeable about my care and always providing great guidance and follow-up and feedback on everything. He's on top of everything. Just great. The only thing I would say is that I feel a little rushed. It's always been that way, but it's gotten worse over the years. I don't think it's so much in him. I think that there just aren't enough doctors to see everyone. But that's sometimes it can feel a little impersonal. So, but it is what it is, I suppose. [redacted]

He listens, he talks to you, he gives you medical advice. Overall, I'm not going to change him. Even I moved from downtown Boston, where I used to work 20 to 25 years ago, moved to Revere. And other places in the state, I still go to Mass General Hospital like that in downtown.
