• Dr. Tkachenko is a wonderful doctor. She is knowledgeable. She knows what's going on. She remembers and more than anything else, she cares. And when you feel that the doctor cares about your health, it's halfway to be healed.

• The nurse left me with clear instructions to put on the gown with the opening in the back. I was given just the right amount of time to change out of my clothes and into the gown. Dr. Tkachenko arrived promptly thereafter. She is pleasant and asked first about any concerns I had with my skin, before beginning the exam, a full body skin check. Before freezing some spots on my skin, she took some time to ask if I was familiar with the process. Overall, it was a good experience, and I felt confident that any concerning spots on my skin would be detected.

• What impressed me about my appointment this time with Dr. Tkachenko was that she had really gone over, knew my history and gone over my records before it even started. So that helped a lot to make the appointment very smooth and we have a good relationship and she's responsive because over time I've had changes in my dosage, for instance, and she listened to me. She told me her point of view and then we decided, she decided to go with mine and it went well. And I appreciate that. That's not always the norm in medicine today. So I can recommend her very highly.
