• Everyone was SO WONDERFUL! My daughter was so nervous about seeing a dermatologist for the first time, as she is [redacted]. The doctor let her use the magnifying tool he used to look at her freckle first to look at her temporary tattoo-she is still talking about it. She connected it to a microscope she has used at school-it felt like such an inspiring, teachable moment, all while disarming her fears. We also chatted about the fruits and veggies at our local farmers market which felt like he truly understood our neighborhood which was wonderful!

• Dr. Trinidad is amazing. He takes us seriously and is so friendly and welcoming. My daughter thinks he is hilarious. I leave feeling like we are in good hands.

• Dr. Trinidad is terrific, I have total confidence in him and I would recommend him, without hesitation, to anyone. My biggest concern is that our MGH physicians, nurses and other clinical team members are overburdened with the number of patient visits and their complexity. It's not clear to me that patients understand this. And when they don't, they take it out on the clinical team. I'd like to see a more direct approach to conveying this information to patients. I know there are signs in clinic advising patients to "behave". I'd like to see a handout or patient signable electronic acknowledgment to that effect. Clinical team burnout is real and I'm concerned not enough is being done about it.

• Needed to get in for a concern and was able to get in quickly on a cancellation. Dr Trinidad calmed my fears and made me feel a lot better (as well as addressing the medical Issue!)
