• Over the years I have grown accustomed to the doctor's going over the checklist of medications and procedures. At this point I don't think I need to scan data and try to keep track of body chemistry as my annual exam. Because we always do the same lookover for the appointment, I sometimes forget to bring up issues and have to write or call for info. G Dr. Tharayil is very attentive, thoughtful and kind; also, it seems, very process oriented - as a doctor must be, but I feel there might be more balanced use of our one hour talk each year.

• I absolutely love the doctor and her staff. The only one thing that I would probably see if it could be improved is more availability in terms of appointment times. I have my annual physical and it's usually more than one year out. So it would be really nice if I could get it within that year. That's, I think, the only, only challenge that I have. Otherwise, when I visit, I think she is one of the best doctors that I have seen here.
