• The Doctor I saw did not explore any alternatives or explain why she was submitting for approval for treatment. She spent very little time with me and did nothing to help me understand a treatment plan going forward or discuss with me what I should consider or how they could help me. [redacted]

• Dr. Tran did an excellent job diagnosing my carpal tunnel issue. Though, when I asked about other "pain issues" with BOTH hands, she was not forthcoming. I understand, in this era, everyone is a specialist, but I was expecting some "guidance" as to what would be next steps to handle the pain in my hands.

• I didn't get the sense that she understood how much pain I was in and how much my back injury, which caused the hip pain I had come about, has negatively impacted my life. I was very dismayed when I asked what the next steps could be to treat it and she told me that my issues were a "function of aging." The impression I got was that she expected me to just live with it.
