The day of my visit, he ordered a blood test, which I received on the same day, and his office got me in for an MRI the day after my visit. The Drs, techs, and nurses at Mass Generals Imaging Department were also extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

• Dr. Tritos has been a superlative doctor. I often wonder where I would be after a TBI if I had not been fortunate to have been referred to him. He has always been consistent, thoughtful and always explains what the issues are in a clear manner. I considered that my recovery from my accident has been near miraculous due to his skill as a physician. He is one of the reasons I try to have all my medical needs attended to at Mass General, even though I live 2.5 hours away in Vermont. • Dr. Tritos was great. The only potential "issue" was with technology. My primary care provider does not seem to be accessible in the Patient Gateway. I can see him, but I cannot message him. I have to go to his office's portal if I want to communicate with him electronically. He has my family medical history on record, but I am not sure if that is accessible to the other doctors in my patient portal (one of them being Dr. Tritos). I just wanted to bring that to your attention if it was not already known. Thank you.

• I had gotten a bad MRI and went in upset with what I was facing and from the staff outside directing us in to the front desk, to the receiving nurse, to Dr Tritos and down to the blood taking nurse, our experience couldn't have been any better.
