• We've had an extremely great experience with Dr. Thibert. We left [redacted] and came over to MGH and we couldn't be happier. Every experience honestly we've had you guys compared to [redacted] has just been world different. Dr. Thibert is amazing. He makes us feel safe and heard and he always knows exactly like what's going on with our son. He never asks us like why we're here or anything like that. He always is up to date with everything and his nurse is fantastic. She gets back to us right away and also always knows like what's going on with our son. So we've been extremely happy with the neurology department you guys have.

Because my son is nonverbal, it's important to me to have a provider that still makes my son feel like the most important person in the room and directs communication to him, but works with me as a partner. And I really appreciate the way he checks in with [redacted] throughout the visit and is engaging with him. He's also extremely thorough about every detail in [redacted]'s life and how it impacts him and his seizure disorder. So can't say anything more than how wonderful and truly expert this doctor is.

• I consider Dr Thibert to be a hero in my son's life. He has been an amazing listener, advocate, neurologist and compassionate supporter of my son and our family for many years. His kindness, patience, compassion and listening skills always leave me grateful for so to have him as his neurologist. He has successfully decreased my son's seizures and we are currently working on his severe sleep challenges. He continues to give us hope in this difficult journey.

• This care provider is very helpful and professional. He's quite knowledgeable about the subject and he was able to answer all of our questions and his concern to the patient was appreciated. I'm the legal guardian for my daughter and she's unable to articulate or speak so I was speaking on her behalf and she was present and the provider is very helpful and we are very happy with the provider.
