I like the fact that she listened to me and I also appreciate the fact that she went through my history to see where I was coming from because initially I was thinking I wouldn't want to start telling the whole story from the Genesis since I have my medical record, but I appreciate the fact that they went through the medical record before my visit and they were able to catch up with me. So that was really good for me. I love the fact that they have an understanding of my background and that makes sense to me. Also, I like the fact that they explained things in details, such as the points I have now and possibility of finding solutions or various solutions that they could provide for me, stuff like that. • Every other dermatologist I have seen in this practice has seemed rushed, hardly looked at my whole body, and had left the practice before I returned for next appointment. Dr. Tsao did a careful visual check of my body, asked questions, and asked me if I had questions. I felt as though I was being seen and heard. Did biopsy on an area that prior Dr in the group had seen, but had not questioned. She is a valuable asset. Treat her well!
