• I think the world of this provider. To put this in perspective I've suffered my whole adult life with prostate and prostate related issues. Approximately 20 years ago I had prostate surgery and yet over the ensuing years I would continue to have periodic painful infections. Over those years I had seen a number of urologist, but Dr Tsai was the first to suggest that she should actually scope out the prostate to see what was going on. Others had merely continued to prescribe one drug or another that only provided short term relief. After examining the prostate Dr Tsai recommended two things; opening a passageway that had partially closed and changing the dosages and frequency of my two primary medications. I have quite literally been pain free as well as able to empty my bladder completely when urinating since the procedure. And you wonder why I'm so impressed ? I'm [redacted] and I've finally gotten some consistent relief. She's terribly intelligent; her explanations are clear, and the results speak for themselves.

I guess it was just like the feeling that she made me feel almost like I'm just like a number to her and not like a person. So yeah, she just had kind of like a cold demeanor.

I had mistakenly assumed that the doctor reads them before my appt., but she didn't know what I was referring to. Yet instead she had me summarize my condition -- which I appreciated (although I forgot to mention some symptoms that I had included in those "Health Notes"). The doctor asked numerous questions and provided me with thorough answers. She also already made an appt. to see me in 6 weeks. I was very satisfied with this visit.
