• Dr. Tseng was very patient with me as well as very attentive to the concerns I had of whatever I brought up during my physical. The only thing was I felt like she was being rushed, which I felt wasn't per se her fault necessarily as to how busy she is and her practices. But overall, I am very pleased with Dr. Tseng and with the attention that she has provided me thus far, as well as her clinical decisions and workarounds with me in terms of finding the best solutions to anything that I'm dealing with.

• Dr. Tseng is a phenomenal doctor. She takes the time. She never makes me feel rushed. She explains things really well. She's thoughtful. She leaves no stone upturned. I can't say enough about what a great doctor she is. I often have a wait for her and I wouldn't tolerate it from anyone else, but Dr. Tseng is 100% worth the wait. She's really quite a gem and I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

• I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Zoe Tseng as my primary care provider. The last virtual visit I had with her lasted about 30 minutes--maybe a bit over. Dr. Tseng listens to and responds to my concerns and questions -- I feel cared for and at the same time I trust Dr. Tseng to "not hold anything back" if she disagrees with me or needs to tell me something that I would rather not hear. What I mean to say is I trust her to tell me the truth. I trust that she knows what she's doing.

• In over 35 Years of experiences with various p.c.s and Doctors of other specialty, Dr. Tseng is the best of the best P.C.s hands down, which includes all areas of her profession: care, concern, bed side manner, knowledge of her profession and patients history along with thorough and effective management of her patients health, all while taking the time to listen to her patients concerns, sincerely aknowlege them, and discuss appropriate actions or recommendations to alleviate or remedy those concerns. In Both My wifes & my opinion she should be the "proto type" or "Training Dr." that Mass gen/Brigham or any other facility strives to model all their new Dr's and practices by. • Dr. Zoe Tseng is amazing. She is a wonderful, calm, kind, gentle person. She is extremely well prepared every time I see her and is a top notch medical professional. I do have to wait a bit in the waiting room as I realize that she is giving time to someone else the way she always does for me. I always feel very relaxed and upbeat after meeting with her. She answers all of my questions, explains and walks me through concerns, is incredibly conscientious and thorough. She is superb in her field.
