• She was kind, knowledgeable and took the time to talk about osteoporosis and the medications needed, she allowed me to ask questions and she spent time with me, did not feel rushed. This was my 1st visit with her and and first indication that I've got osteoporosis.

• I had such a good experience with this provider. She had familiarized herself with my case. She spent an amazing amount of time with me. She was validating. She was supportive. And although she delivered some news that I didn't want to hear, it made it a little bit more palatable. She has been a great listener and guide as I have been trying to get back on track after a long gap which occurred after my relocation to Massachusetts from the New York area. I had experienced some difficulty with some of my medications in the past, but with Dr. Vakharia's guidance I have been able to reach the optimum dosages that she recommended. I feel that Dr. Vakharia has guided me in a very positive direction.

• In my first few appointments as a new patient with Dr. Vakharia, I have found her to be a wonderful combination of extremely well prepared yet also curious. She comes into our meetings having thoroughly reviewed my chart and with her own questions and action plan. She also allows ample time for my own input and she clearly explains her thinking and recommendations. I feel like I have her "whole attention" at each visit. That is so hard to achieve with a time pressured schedule and I appreciate it. I also appreciate that she refers me to specialists when needed: it takes confidence to recognize where the professional help of others would be best for patients.
