• Dr. Beverly Woo is extremely knowledgeable. She always listens to my questions and explains everything clearly. She respects my feelings regarding my care. She is extremely patient. She provides follow-up information on any tests done. She provides excellent medical care.

• I feel that the provider is not given all the time she needs to deal with patients. I think that the time pressure at the Brigham has gotten worse and worse over the 25 years I've been there. It's very difficult to have a personal relationship with any physician. I don't mean personal friendly, but personal, I know you, you know me kind of thing. It's not a comfortable place anymore. It really seems driven by other agendas that have nothing to do with patients.
