I chose to seek out another orthopedist as referred to me by my physical therapist. I was VERY pleased with my interaction with Dr Webb. He had taken the time to listen to me, show and explain my xray, was gentle in his examination, and gave me a clear analysis of my situation and recommendation for the next viable step in my treatment. I look forward to working with him towards my recovery.

• I found the receptionist spoke very loudly, which didn't help with confidentiality. Perhaps she assumed people were hard of hearing. I'm not sure how one deals with this.
