Janewit Wongboonsin is an associate physician at the renal division at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and part-time lecturer at Harvard Medical School. His research focuses on genomic implementation in kidney disease in low resource setting and Biobank-based genomic discovery. Dr. Wongboonsin is passionate in the application of genomic information to the care of patients with kidney disease and is involved in the development of better genetic interpretation in Alport syndrome, glomerular disease and complement mediated kidney disease via ClinGen.
