• I had never seen this doctor before. He was replacing my doctor of three years who has left. As a first meeting, I was really amazed and disappointed that he only took literally five minutes with me. We had no other type of conversation other than his telling me the results of my scan. He was certainly polite and professional, but I waited an hour and a half to get in. So an hour and a half to wait for five minutes was pretty appalling, I thought.
