He provided me a thorough evaluation including showing me what my x-rays revealed and explaining the problems involved in my shoulder condition. He assessed the various treatment possibilities in the context of my chronic medical conditions and other aspects of my life. He was genuinely interested in being helpful, and related excellently to me, seeing me as both a patient and a person. He made a well-thought out referral to another shoulder surgeon who specializes in my particular shoulder pathology, and he made a special request that I be seen as soon as possible given my acutely painful medical situation.

He replaced both of my shoulders different times, but each time everything was precise, excellent work, very little scars, good operation, everything works the way it's supposed to work. He got me doing the PT on his follow-up schedule and that's been very helpful rehabbing me, getting the most out of the operation and getting the most flexibility. And anytime I've asked him a question, he's been exact on it and fully knowledgeable and he took good care of me. So I very much appreciate it and he did a great job. So I'd give him an A, A plus. • This provider is a very skilled surgeon. I would recommend for his skill. I felt dismissed following the surgery. [redacted] I was evaluated virtually for the rest of my care. [redacted] Questions were possible but I did not feel heard. He had a list of his own questions to guide the conversation. His primary focus was if I was better than before surgery. That is not the only consideration.
