Mattia B Wruble Clark, MD

Dr. Wruble Clark is an Attending Neurologist at Mass General Brigham and an Instructor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School. She specializes in neuroimmunology and cares for patients with autoimmune disorders of the nervous system, with an emphasis on rare conditions such as autoimmune encephalitis (AE). She also has expertise in multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD), neurosarcoidosis, and other rheumatologic disorders affecting the central nervous system. Dr. Wruble Clark attended Williams College and earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed the Mass General Brigham Neurology Residency, followed by the joint Brigham and Women's Hospital–Mass General Hospital fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology. She has received multiple teaching awards throughout her training and early faculty career. She has a special clinical and research interest in autoimmune encephalitis and other rare neuroimmunological disorders.
