• He has an exceptional bedside manner and takes the time to validate your concerns and effectively works to come up with a plan of treatment. I always feel comfortable and in great hands. He has extensive knowledge in general and does a great job explaining everything.

• Just saying that Dr. Willers is the most amazing doctor ever. I wish he was more than a cardiologist and can be a specialist of every field and a primary care physician. He is just the best, absolute best. I recommend him to everybody and I am so grateful we got in with him to have him as my child's doctor. He's the only person we see out here in Western Mass. Everywhere else we go to Boston. But we are so lucky to have Dr. Willers here in Western Mass. He's the best.

• Everyone was so kind. The ultrasound tech was very patient and calm, he made the experience very pleasant. The Dr. was very personable and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. The building itself is beautiful and made for a cozy warm environment.

• I appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Our visit was related to a tragedy our family suffered in [redacted] when our first son [redacted] died in his sleep with no explaination. Dr Willers reviewed our prior son's medical records and was very sensitive in how he discussed this with our family. He helped us to figure a way forward in monitoring our second son's health that gives us peace of mind. He also was excellent in how he communicated with our son using age appropriate language and making him feel relaxed. He really listened to all of us. And made himself available if we ever have future questions. I am grateful that we have a compassionate expert that is easy to reach if needed.

• This doctor is wonderful. He is so overworked. I think he's one of the only pediatric cardiologists serving all of the children in Western Mass. So serving all the children in Hampshire, Hampton, and Franklin Counties, as far as I'm aware. He's awesome, and you just need to staff more doctors. That's all I have to say. So we just need more of him.

• Dr. Willers is a blessing in our lives. He shows respect, professionalism, and genuine care. I decided to switch my baby from a cardiologist at Boston Children's Hospital to see Dr. Willers. That says a lot about him, considering Boston Children's is ranked as one of the best hospitals in the world for children. But our experience with Dr. Willers has been sensational since the first day we met him. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He treats us like family. My child doesn't cry or get scared at his appointments. The appointments don't feel superficial. He takes his time with us in every appointment. He gives us the opportunity to ask him anything and explains everything to us how ever many times we need it until we understand. He explains everything in detail and even draws diagrams and pictures to make sure we understand everything. He gives us his recommendations but respects our decisions. I hope he can continue to be my son's cardiologist for many more years.

• This provider was absolutely wonderful. He took time, patience, he was kind. My daughter and I were both very anxious to be there. Nobody wants to hear that their [redacted]-year-old needs to go to a cardiologist, and he immediately made both of us feel absolutely safe and well taken care of.
