• Dr. Walters examined my shoulder where I had previously had Mohs surgery and she noticed something different there and went back and looked at photographs from previous visits and definitely felt that I needed to have a biopsy there and it turns out it was positive. She spent a lot of time looking at that area and I really appreciate that she gave it that kind of attention.

• For the most part, I only need to see the dermatologist once a year. I changed to Dr. Walters so that I didn't have to go into Boston. She is always courteous following up first with what was going on last year and doing my annual skin check. She has a book for next year and always says to message or call if there are any problems.I would recommend her two others.

• The care and provider were great. The only problem I ever have at this location, which is where I also got my pre and post natal care, is there receptionists at checkout. Every time without fail. They are engaged in personal conversations that they for some reason cannot pause to take a customer until the convo is complete. 5 people working at checkout desks and not one looked up at me while they chatted the afternoon away. This isn't just a one time thing, this specific building and floor check out is consistently entitled and disrespectful, especially the women to the far right of the check out.
